Ergänzende Bestimmungen

- Beim Besitz eines B-Ausländerausweises muss zwingend ein Waffenerwerbschein oder eine Ausnahmebewilligung vorgelegt werden. Ein Strafregisterauszug alleine genügt nicht.

- Für Personen mit ausländischem Pass gelten die Bestimmungen unter Art. 9a WG.

- Anstelle eines Strafregisterauszuges genügt auch ein gültiger Waffenerwerbschein (nicht älter als 2 Jahre)

- Im Strafregisterauszug dürfen keine Einträge wegen gewalttätigen oder gemeingefährlichen Handlungen/Delikten welche die waffenrechtliche Eignung in Frage stellen (Widerhandlungen gegen Sprengstoff-, Waffen- oder Betäubungsmittelgesetz, Fahren in fahrunfähigem Zustand) oder wiederholter Begehung von Verbrechen oder Vergehen (mehrfache Einträge) vorhanden sein.

- Unter Angehörige bestimmter Staaten nach Art. 12 WV fallen folgende Länder: Serbien, Bosnien und Herzegowina, Kosovo, Nordmazedonien, Türkei, Sri Lanka, Algerien und Albanien

- Des Weiteren wird auf die allgemeinen Regeln der Lakeside Shooting AG unter nachfolgendem Link verwiesen.

Supplementary Requirements

- For those in the posession of a Categorie-B foreign ID card, a ''Waffenerwerbschein'' or an ''Ausnahmbewilligung'' is required as a criminal record copy will not suffice.

-For those in the posession of a foreign Identity card are bound to Art. 9a WG.

-A ''Waffenerwerbschein'' (not older than two years) can be supplemented for a criminal backround copy

-Citizens of countries that fall under Art. 12 WV are the following: Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Algeria and Albania

-The criminal record will not be accepted if there are entries under violent, public endangerment or other similar offenses  that could question the safety of firearm laws and handling (including offenses against explosives, weapons, drugs or driving under the influence). Repeated crimial offenses or entries will not be accepted.

The four rules on gun safety

All visitors of the Lakside Shooting AG range are aware of these four rules and if followed correclty will significantly reduce the chances of a firearm accident. Therefore it is important to follow the rules below:

-Treat all weapons as if they are loaded 

-Never point a firearm at something you do not wish to destroy

-Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on target and have made the decision to shoot
